Inside, you'll find a comfortable open-plan living and dining area where you can unwind after a day exploring. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy anything from a lazy breakfast to an evening meal at home, while the living area provides a cosy space to relax in front of the TV.
The property features one top floor double bedroom and a ground floor sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests, alongside a modern bathroom with a bath and shower facilities. The property consists of three floors with an industrial style spiral staircase.

The Loft House is situated in Melton, immediately neighbouring the historic riverside town of Woodbridge.

History lovers can discover the world-famous Sutton Hoo, while those looking to explore further can easily reach some of Suffolk's best-loved destinations, including Aldeburgh, Orford, Framlingham and the Suffolk coast.

House Rules
We want you to relax, feel at home and enjoy your stay at **The Loft House**. We simply ask that you treat the property with the same care and respect as you would your own home.
Check-in & Check-out
* Check-in is from **4:00pm**.
* Check-out is by **10:00am**.
* Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact Air Accom in advance.
Guests
* The property accommodates a maximum of **4 guests**.
* Only guests included within the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
* Please contact us before inviting additional visitors to the property.
No Parties or Events
Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted.
Please be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly between **10:00pm and 8:00am**.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are **not permitted anywhere inside the property**.
If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
Looking After the Property
Please treat The Loft House, its furniture, fixtures and contents with care.
Accidents can happen. If anything is damaged, broken or stops working during your stay, please contact **Air Accom as soon as possible**. Reporting an issue promptly gives us the best opportunity to resolve it during your stay.
Parking
Please use the designated parking area provided for The Loft House and ensure neighbouring properties, access points and driveways are kept clear.
Vehicles and belongings are left at the owner's risk.
Candles & Naked Flames
For everyone's safety, candles, portable fires and other naked flames are not permitted inside the property.
Before You Leave
Before checking out, we'd really appreciate it if you could:
* Place rubbish in the appropriate bins.
* Wash used dishes or load them into the dishwasher.
* Leave used towels in the bathroom.
* Check that you've collected all personal belongings.
* Close and secure all windows and doors.
* Switch off unnecessary lights and appliances.
* Return keys as instructed in your departure information.
Damage & Additional Cleaning
Guests may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing items damaged during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
Additional charges may also apply where excessive cleaning is required beyond a normal holiday-let changeover.

Guest Access
Guests have **exclusive use of The Loft House** for the duration of their stay, so you can settle in, relax and enjoy the property as your own home away from home.
You'll have access to all guest areas of the property, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living and dining spaces.
**Private parking** is available at the property, making arrival straightforward and providing a convenient base for exploring Woodbridge and the wider Suffolk area.
The property offers **self check-in**, with full arrival instructions and access details provided before your stay.
Our **Air Accom guest support team** is available throughout your stay should you have any questions or need assistance.
Please note that any clearly marked private or locked owner/storage cupboards are not available for guest use.
