1 Bathroom Loom Cottage is a charming, pet-friendly retreat tucked away on a peaceful private lane in the heart of Southwold. Sleeping up to four guests across a double and twin bedroom, it offers a comfortable lounge, well-equipped kitchen-diner, private patio and rare garage parking. Southwold High Street, the beach, pier, shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for a relaxing Suffolk coastal escape.
The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms, a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a downstairs bathroom. There is also a private outdoor seating area where you can sit back and enjoy the peaceful, tucked-away setting. Guests benefit from free Wi-Fi and private parking, with use of a garage in the lane — a real bonus in central Southwold.
The location is hard to beat. Loom Cottage is just a couple of minutes' walk from Southwold's shops, pubs, restaurants and the famous Adnams Brewery, while the beach and pier are around an 8-minute stroll away. Southwold Common is right on the doorstep, making the cottage particularly appealing for walkers and dog owners.
House Rules
We want everyone to enjoy their stay at Loom Cottage, so we kindly ask guests to treat the cottage with the same care and respect they would their own home.
Check-in: From 4:00pm.
Check-out: By 10:00am, unless otherwise agreed.
Guests: Only the guests included in the booking may stay at the cottage unless prior permission has been given.
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cottage.
Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Please do not allow dogs on the furniture or beds, and please clean up after them.
Noise: Please be considerate of our neighbours, particularly in the evenings and overnight. No parties or events are permitted.
Parking: Please use the designated private parking/garage space and ensure access to the lane is kept clear.
Cottage & contents: Please treat the cottage, furniture and equipment with care and report any accidental damage or breakages as soon as possible.
Outdoor area: Please leave the outdoor seating area clean and tidy after use.
Safety: Please do not leave candles, open flames or cooking appliances unattended.
Rubbish: Please use the appropriate bins provided and leave the cottage reasonably tidy at the end of your stay.
Neighbourhood: Loom Cottage is in a residential area, so we ask guests to respect the peace and privacy of our neighbours.
Enjoy your stay: Most importantly, relax, explore Southwold and make yourselves at home!

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage throughout their stay, including the living areas, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and private outdoor seating area.
Guests also have access to the private parking/garage, making it easy to arrive by car and explore Southwold and the surrounding Suffolk coast.
The cottage is completely self-contained, giving you the freedom and privacy to relax and enjoy your stay.
We are available if you need any help or recommendations during your visit, but otherwise you can enjoy Loom Cottage and its excellent central location at your own pace.
